Pick from either Growth or Enterprise based on your needs. Each platform comes with a quota of blocks and nodes which will be sufficient for the 1st year of ownership, after which you can buy what you need.
If you have significant automation ambitions, Enterprise can be upgraded to Unlimited Use (subject to additional terms) where you can fix your cost for a longer term, whilst benefiting from All-You-Can-Eat access.
CORTEX Growth
CORTEX Growth is designed for organisations in one of two scenarios.
These will be CSPs with limited budget but with a clear but limited automation objective, which they have been unable to address with other automation tools.
They will be CSPs who are starting their next phase of automation for which they need a platform that can start small and grow with them quickly.
In this scenario high availability is less important initially and they will seek to implement it later.
CORTEX Enterprise
CORTEX Enterprise is for CSPs who have already identified automation as business critical. and have been doing automation for some time, but it will be under-delivering for them versus their initial aspirations and business plans.
They will often have RPA, Workflow tools and some orchestrators. This will either be too limited, or will unable to properly automate the legacy stack. Age, fragility, complexity of legacy technology is not ideally suited to simpler automation tools.
CORTEX Enterprise is suited to customers with many automation and bigger aspirations, and who need carrier-grade availability.
All-You-Can-Eat
Our unlimited-use option is available for the first 36 months of a new Customer relationship. It is designed to unlock the traditional issues associated with defining automation, costs of ownership and the big up-front challenge CSPs face.
All-You-Can-Eat helps our customer quickly understand their fixed cost of ownership for the initial term, how they pay for it, and then, they get to add lots of value at no additional cost.
Our Customer Success team help them track spend, and track value so when the unlimited use period ends, there are no surprises.
Function Blocks
Platform prices are based on a charging unit called a Functional Block. They get built into Workflows. Several Workflows make up a process.
Workflows can be re-used in many processes, and are sometimes referred to as Process Fragments.
Creating highly re-usable Process Fragments lowers the cost of ownership and builds lots of operational standardisation.
Process Fragments can be controlled at the centre, and you can have Process Fragments locally, meaning users can control the items and processes they need to, but so can the organisation.
